  • 500 grams cake flour
  • 200 grams powdered sugar
  • 1 vanilla sugar (20 grams)
  • 250 grams butter
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 of a package yeast-powder (6 grams)
  • Jam for filling
  • Powdered + vanilla sugar for sprinkling

Ingrediences

 

Sifted cake flour, powdered sugar, vanilla sugar, softened butter and eggs stir together and work dough. Wrap it to foil or food foil and refrigerate for about 20 minutes.

Afterward, using shapes, prepare from the spread dough half of the hearts (or rounds) without hole, and half of the hearts with hole. Lay it on the greased tin and put it into preheated oven and bake for about 7-9 minutes. It is time to take them out when surface starts getting brown.

After cooling, jam the rounds with e.g. strawberry jam and join with top parts, which you sprinkle with sugar.
